Debugging internal marks entry course ID issue

From the database check, we found:
1. BE Computer Science and Engineering (BE-CSE) has CI settings: CI1: 25, CI2: 25, CI3: 25
2. But the internal marks entry is showing CI1: 10, CI2: 10, CI3: 10

Possible causes:
1. Wrong course ID being passed to the API
2. 'Force course settings' checkbox not being used
3. Subject belongs to a different course than expected

To fix this issue:
1. Make sure you're selecting the correct course in the dropdown
2. Check the 'Force course settings' checkbox if needed
3. Verify that the subject you're selecting belongs to the correct course

The fix I implemented earlier should work when:
- The correct course ID is passed to the API
- The 'Force course settings' checkbox is checked (if needed)
